umm idk if this is a stupid question or not..but do we need to wear shoes while we do these exercises? or is that just when your walking or running?

i like the standing ab exercise! i can never get both my feet off the ground so its hard for me to do most ab stuff

I do, but it’s I didnt think it was good to show that stuff in a beginner program. Look for that in the coming programs!

If you eat right, you can expect to see small changes after 2 weeks, some may even see them after one if you really are dedicated and consistent!

if you can add jump rope then go ahead! A great way to incorporporate it would either be instead of the walking, or use it for 1 minute in between every 2 exercises!
