i’ve always wanted to do yoga. I have completely underestimated what is involved with yoga. It is INTENSE and a lot of control that is needed over the body in order to do it right. I managed 20 min before i couldn’t take my face digging into the mat so hard anymore. I shall proceed and get better at it. thanks for the video

I fell asleep; this was actually much more effective than the “relaxation/fall asleep” videos I’ve tried. His voice is just so relaxing; it’s like butter.

Thank you, Michael Riel. This practice has made an enormous difference to my neck and shoulder muscles; helping me manage the migraine attacks I occasionally get. Thanks yoagyak, for allowing free access to this practice – it’s a beautiful gift.

@alcyonae You shouldn’t push yourself too much, be very careful with your neck. If you strain just to attain a certain position you will actually stiffen the muscles rather than relaxing them. Go easy and practice often for best results!

I never tried Yoga as an alternative to cure my shoulder pain. But upon viewing that video, I say, I should try it.
