Zak at the Hippocrates Health Institute week 1 day 1 #3
(CLICK This Downward Pointing Arrow For More Info) ?? I just arrived at the Hippocrates Health Institute and have been exploring the grounds. I also just discovered the infrared saunas they have available for daily use and wanted to give you an explanation as to how they work and why they are such an important component of a complete detoxification regimen. You can read many articles on longevity and anti-aging techniques at my main site here: www.secrets-of-longevity-in-humans.com

@uandmeonutube I think some infrared is produced in most dry saunas. It seems infrared generators produced larger percentage of far infrared than other thermal radiation. Anyone else have more info?

Infrared is more effective at pulling toxins out of your fat cells, dry saunas pull more out of the water in your body. Infrared is much more effective in general at helping the body detoxify heavy metals etc, where as a dry sauna mostly just makes you sweat like you would in regular exercise (still great though).

does it have to be infra-red sauna or just any dry sauna–I have one in my apt but wondered about the difference?

yes the skin is the bodys largest organ! I find when I work out, some parts of my body stay cold and it is really hard to lose weight in those areas! as well as doing physical activity in conjunction with far infrared saunas, I feel would make a great combination to great health.
